Saint Valentine?
Well as you can see my workoholic husband is marking essays in front of a bunch of flowers purchased with the express thought of pleasing the old wife. The old wife arrived back from a study day at Kings College, Waterloo, sweaty from cycling, tired from previous shifts and brain dead from cerebral overload and was unfortunately not as grateful as she should have been, tut tut eh! This was not helped by spending the day laughing at those who had bought flowers and shaking one's head at the £40,000,000 spent on Valentines day on blooms. Oh, and it adds to global warming too apparently. I'm not sure if its cos we fly them in from all around the world or cos we reduce the amount of plants photosynthesising across de nation............I won't loose any sleep over it.
One more shift tomo before seeing the honourable Berrys in london and then naffing off to Cheltenham to see the esteemed Hunts, alright!
Hello to Nic Laws who I bumped into at St T's revelling in his 7 items for £2.50 breakfast and Jonathan (physio std) who I assume was arriving for work.
Laters xx nn

He may not be Saint Valentine, but he's certainly a Saint, and I have, many times, been very thankful to have him as a bro-on-law.
See you soon!

See you soon xxx
I was given a box of Belgian choccys then told I must make them last a long time. My problem is that once started find it difficult to stop - I mean how can you eat just one? Youngest daughter suggests not starting them for a couple of weeks and then eating the lot!!
Ahhhh, how romantical you all are. I got a computer produced card, we both finished work late and then I went to the prayer meeting. Romance is still alive!
That sounds like a normal day for us too!
p.s can I have a chocolate moomin? I'm not quite done getting fat yet!
