To see or not to see.................
When on vacation with one's relatives last weekend one's brother aka fat baptist drove one and one's husband to see the quaint village of Eastcombe and the lovely church therein. We even got to look innit, safe.
On the way back one's brother took us to what methinks it is Crickley Hill where you can see the whole of Cheltenham. As you can see from this picture all we got to see was a vast expanse of cloud and some people we considered pushing into it, hee hee! When I got home I read about Solomon's temple being filled with so much cloud that the Levites could not preach. Something like what we saw I guess. You could even say we were in the presence of God although you could say that all the time so I say it with an Old Testament twist!
Despite having had the heating on for ages I'm freezing as I'm in the computer room which remains eternally cold so my feet regress to the ice age.
Love to everyone nn xxxx

Greetings nn,
Watch out - you might get chilblains if you succumb to heating up your cold feet quickly! Glad you had a picturesque time in fb land. Remember walking up Snowdon in '96? Wasn't much excepting cloud on that occasion either. I think we got cold feet from snow underfoot that Easter. There are lots of references to cloud in both OT and NT. I think of a hymn:
We ask no bright Shekinah cloud to glorify the place;
Give, Lord the substance of that sign - a plenitude of grace.
No clouds for us!
How is the advanced nursing nn course going?
OK. Not impressed by 9am starts though.
Hee hee......no use as a nursery then!!!! Try your microwaveable slippers!!! (or did you throw them out with the rubbish?)
